Elite Softball University

The Elite Softball University training program offers pitchers the knowledge, tools, and guidance to succeed. Founded by Jen Hapanowicz, the CEO and founder of USA Elite Training, with over 30 years of experience in the softball and recruiting industry.  My goal is take my passion for the sport of softball and to share my knowledge and experience in order to help players at all levels and ages to have the opportunity to achieve excellence. This subscription model provides accessible resources for players, parents and coaches of all levels to have access to a training model that can be used to help exceed their goals for their players and teams through this comprehensive program.

Our Mission

Our mission is to educate, inspire and empower female athletes of all ages to develop their physical and mental confidence to challenge them to reach their potential in softball.

The Stats

USA Elite Training softball program has trained over 35,000 athletes of all ages, including players on the national and international teams in the USA, Puerto Rico, Ireland, and Great Britain. Since our founding, our students have yielded $45 million in college scholarships for softball, with 90% of trained high school pitchers playing at a collegiate level.

We are proud to have trained some of the best players to emerge onto the collegiate stage.  Coach Hapanowicz, has 30 years of experience in the softball and recruiting industry. She has assisted in placing her clients in leading college athletic programs across the country including LSU, UMass, UConn, Syracuse, University of South FL, Stanford, UNC – Chapel Hill, Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart, Bryant Univ., Cornell Univ., Univ. of Central Florida, Boston College, FL Gulf Coast to name a few. We are proud to have trained some of the best players to emerge onto the collegiate stage.

The teaching system has consistently helped players achieve their personal goals. At the High School level, our mentees have earned the highest accolades, including:
